Brenda Love's Bio

Recently returning to San Antonio from assignments in Phoenix, Brenda Love joins Charlie to partner and expand her already impressive list of accomplishments as a professional speaker and trainer. With many diverse, successful assignments as property manager, leasing agent, project manager, and asset manager, Brenda will participate with Charlie in joint presentations as well as provide professional development, consulting and advisory services to the industry, national and local firms, and associations across the country.

Brenda Love, RBM, RPA, has been a real estate professional for 28 years. She began her career in San Antonio working in the construction, management, renovation and leasing of high-rise office buildings, retail centers and healthcare facilities for national companies: The Berwind Group, Starr Sanders Properties, Patriot American, and Mack-Cali Corporation. A move to Dallas changed her position description to Regional Manager/AVP for PS Business Parks. Brenda has performed as a Project Manager for both general contractors and developers building office parks, retail centers and high-end condominiums.

Brenda achieved an extensive background in Tenant Improvement oversight and has completed projects for large users that include Kraft Foods, Sony, AT&T, Southwestern Bell and PacifiCare. She has extensive experience involving remediation of hazardous materials. She has served as the senior leasing representative for her projects, including lease consultation to many other owners across the country.

Throughout her prolific endeavors in the commercial real estate industry, Brenda has frequently taught classes ranging from foundational expertise to strategic approaches for senior real estate and corporate executives. Her ability to educate and entertain, inform and relate to industry professionals make her an inspiring leader in our industry. She is a much-sought-after leader and mentor to all who recognize her wealth of experience and knowledge.

Brenda has served as President of the San Antonio Building Owners and Managers Association, President of Texas BOMA, and President of BOMA Southwest Region. In addition, she has held BOMA International Committee positions as Chair of the Codes and Standards Committee, member of the Government Affairs Committee and member of the ASHRAE Standards Task Force.

Brenda was named BOMA Property Manager of the Year in San Antonio in 1989. She holds designations as a Real Property Administrator and Registered Building Manager. She is the proud mother of two children and Nana to a grandson and granddaughter.
