Charlie will be presenting his nationally acclaimed seminar on Managing Tenant Improvements for AAFAME in Austin on two consecutive Tuesdays, March 10th and 17th over a 2-hour lunch each day. Lunch and parking will be provided at the event location. Seminar content will include how non-experts may be equipped and prepared to supervise Tenant construction projects at their buildings. Topics will include selection and contracting with Architects and General Contractors, working with the Tenant, conducting construction meetings, preparing and administering project budgets and schedules, handling change orders, overseeing the construction process, working with non-GC contractors and vendors, keeping project minutes, working the Punch List, obtaining Certificates of Occupancy and Certificates of Insurance, overseeing the move-in, and much more.
